At 15, I was a single mom, navigating life alone, raising my son while living 3,000 miles from family. I finished high school, put myself through college, and started my career working with incarcerated youth in the criminal justice system—helping them believe in their potential when no one else did.
But here’s the thing: I wasn’t living the life I wanted. I knew I had more to give.
So, I took a leap.
I left my “safe” career, bought a struggling salon and spa (with zero experience in aesthetics or business), and turned it into a half-million-dollar success. I built more businesses after that. Some I kept, some I sold, but one thing remained the same—I built them on my terms.
I learned early on that success isn’t a closed club. No one is going to hand you a golden ticket. You have to claim it, build it, decide that it’s yours. And that’s exactly what I help my clients do.
Today, I run businesses generating millions in revenue, I’ve been married for over 30 years, I have two incredible adult children, and I am the very proud grandma of seven beautiful grandkids. My life is full. But it didn’t just happen—I created it with clarity, action, accountability, and the unwavering belief that I get to build the life I want.
And so do you.
That’s why I do this work. I coach women who are high-achievers, leaders, entrepreneurs—the women who everyone else turns to. The ones who feel stuck in their success, who have everything they thought they wanted but still feel like something is missing. I help them stop playing small, stop second-guessing themselves, and finally step into their full power.
